"If you take nothing else from this review, take this: despite my personal and political misgivings about the nature of this business, I gave the office five stars. They are doing everything right in there for their customers, and that's more important. Full disclosure: I consider a government mandated product for *any* purpose to be a breech of our Constitutional freedoms. I understand most people aren't that hardcore, so I apologize to everyone who sees this review. My misgivings about the entire premise aside, they deal with me clearly and fairly in this office. Kevin is a very friendly agent, and when things have cropped up, they have been incredibly helpful and even cleared up the mystery surrounding some things, such as breaking down rates and charges and what my coverage actually means. Additionally, State Farm has never done wrong by me, which is more than I can say about Progressive, Geico, USAA, and American Family. I gather it's not the most glowing review. I'm deeply opposed to the very concept at many fundamental levels. In spite of that, I accept that it is what is, and I can attest that Kevin Sevier and his branch at State Farm will take care of you if they are able."
