Carol made her way to the Lowcountry from Ohio and has been with our team since 2021. She has over 20 years of experience with State Farm agencies and concentrates on customer service, claims and billing issues. She is married, has two children and has one grandbaby. Shane is originally from Wisconsin and has called the Bluffton area home for over 20 years. Prior to joining the Kevin Sevier team, he used his customer service background in the hospitality management industry. Pamela made her way to the Lowcountry from Iowa. She is married and has two daughters. Pamela is our front office "air traffic control" specialist. Colleen came to Bluffton, SC from Hilton, NY in 2021 by way of a short stop near Clover, SC. She has 16 years of experience in the Commercial and Personal insurance lines in NY and SC.
